Landmark Events — Vendor Handoff Package

Prepared by Emerald City Cleaning for the incoming vendor. May 2026.
Link expires May 31, 2026. This page will be taken offline after end-of-month — if you want to keep a copy, use the Print / Save-as-PDF button (bottom-right corner) to save each facility before then.
Purpose. Emerald City Cleaning is transitioning the Landmark Events venue-cleaning account to a new vendor. This package consolidates everything we have on each facility: address, on-site contact, billing notes, scope of work, and observed instructions from past and upcoming events. It is intended as a head-start, not a contract.

What's in this package

  • 10 facility tabs — 8 active event venues, 1 weekly office, 1 occasional location
  • Per-venue Scope of Work (SOW), originally authored by Emerald City Cleaning's COO
  • Service-window expectations (universal across all venues)
  • Common instructions seen in past job notes (e.g., which rooms get cleaned for which event tier)

What's intentionally NOT included

  • Entry codes, alarm codes, lockbox combinations — Landmark will reset these before vendor changeover
  • Staff names / scheduling assignments — handled by the new vendor
  • Crew rates or internal pay structure — Emerald City Cleaning's internal data

How to use this page

  • Click any facility in the left sidebar to view its details
  • Use the Print button (bottom-right) to print the page or save as PDF — every facility prints on its own page
  • This page will be taken offline after two weeks (early June 2026)

For questions during the transition, contact Jonathan Zinsmeyer at jon@emeraldcitycleaning.com.

Cadence & how the schedule works

  • Schedule is sent by Landmark monthly via a shared Google Sheet ("On Going Calendar")
  • Each event row on the schedule includes: venue, event date, cleaning IN→OUT window, event name, and a notes column indicating which rooms are in scope
  • Billing arrangements are between the new vendor and Landmark — the new vendor will set their own rates

Universal Scope & Service Expectations

Applies to every venue unless noted in the venue-specific SOW.
Service window. All venues must be cleaned within 2–3 hours after the event ends, OR at minimum 4 hours before the next event start. Weddings are unpredictable due to bridal-party and decoration timing — clean as early as safely possible.

  • Clean / disinfect all restrooms including all fixtures
  • Replenish all restroom consumables
  • Kitchen(s)
  • Pull all equipment from the line (without detaching lines / pipes)

  • Polish furniture — as needed, at least weekly
  • Wipe / dust lighting fixtures & windowsills — as needed, at least weekly
  • Clean interior glass / windows — as needed, at least weekly
  • Discard all trash & recycle to assigned designated area
